Is custom design included?
Yes. Custom label design is included with every order at no additional design charge.
How does personalization work?
After placing your order, you’ll provide the details you’d like incorporated into your design, such as names, dates, wording, colors, logos, or other inspiration. We’ll create the label design for you.
Will I see the design before you make my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof for review and approval before your labels are printed and your order moves into production.
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Absolutely. You can provide your logo, finished artwork, or other design elements you’d like us to incorporate.
What if I don’t have a design?
That’s completely fine. Send us your wording, colors, event details, and any inspiration you have. We’ll handle the design.
What size are the bottles?
Each personalized pocket spray contains 10 mL of insect repellent in a compact glass spray bottle.
What quantities can I order?
Choose from the available quantities shown on the product page. Larger quantities are available directly through the quantity selector.
Can I order these for something other than a wedding?
Absolutely. Field & Gather pocket sprays can be personalized for weddings, parties, corporate events, branded gatherings, hospitality, retreats, welcome bags, outdoor events, and other occasions.
How long will my order take?
Production begins after your digital proof has been approved. Current production and shipping estimates are provided during the ordering process.
Can I make changes after approving my proof?
Please review your proof carefully. Once a design has been approved and production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
Can personalized orders be returned?
Because each order is made specifically for you, personalized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a problem with the order. Please contact us if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
